Omnis Compliance Services

1. Appointment Requirements

All clients must:

  • provide valid government-issued identification

  • arrive on time for scheduled appointments

  • provide accurate information

We reserve the right to refuse service if proper ID is not provided.

2. Mobile Service Policy

For mobile services:

  • travel fees must be paid prior to the appointment

  • travel fees are non-refundable once travel begins

  • mobile services are available within a 35-mile radius of St. Joseph, MI

  • additional mileage may incur additional fees

If the client is not present at the provided location upon arrival, the travel fee will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested:

  • at least 24 hours in advance for in-office services

  • at least 2 hours in advance for mobile services

Failure to do so may result in:

  • loss of travel fee

  • additional service fees

4. No-Show Policy

A client is considered a no-show if:

  • they are not present at the scheduled time

  • they cannot be reached

  • the provided address is incorrect or inaccessible

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

5. Payment Terms

Payment policies:

  • travel fees must be paid before mobile services

  • service fees may be due at the time of service

  • failure to pay may result in cancellation of services

We reserve the right to require prepayment for any service.

6. Results & Documentation Delivery

Depending on the service:

  • results may be provided electronically or physically

  • processing time may vary

We are not responsible for decisions made by employers or agencies based on service results.

7. Refusal of Service

We may refuse service if:

  • valid ID is not provided

  • client is aggressive or unsafe

  • location poses a safety risk

  • service requested violates regulations

8. Liability

Omnis Compliance Services is not liable for:

  • employment decisions

  • legal decisions

  • delays caused by laboratories or agencies

  • incorrect information provided by the client

9. Agreement

By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to these terms.
